Ballet Beautiful

There are numerous ways to stay healthy and in shape -- running, kick-boxing, cycling, swimming, yoga, pilates, and many more.  One excellent way, that many people don't usually initially think of, is dance.  Whether it's the salsa or ballet, dance is one of the best forms of cardio + stretching out there.  

Enter Mary Helen Bowers, the lady responsible for getting Natalie Portman ballerina-ready for her role in Black Swan.  Check out the below short video ... and learn some easy ballerina-approved exercises to not only make you feel more in shape, but also more lithe, graceful, and elegant.


PS - she was pregnant while shooting this.  Now we should all feel really inspired.  :)
